Consequences: Understanding the
Personal Liability of Your Greek Experience
This
presentation provides identification of large loss incidents, exposing the
criminal and civil judgments for past fraternity/sorority cases. Discussion
highlights overall perception of the Greek community, reducing the dangers of
alcohol abuse and simple steps to minimize and control risk. Participants will
learn the responsibility of members and the organization in relation to risks
of undergraduate life or policy infractions. (Presentation time is 1 hour
including 10 - 15 minutes for questions).
Also have an option to include
a game called "Who Wants To Win $50?" where 3 presentation attendees have
chance to play game to win gift certificates. Answers to questions are provided
within the presentation. (Additional time to complete is 15 minutes)

Basic Choices
This program provides
identification of management philosophy relating to proper risk reduction,
maintaining appropriate balance between complete elimination and fully
incurring the risks faced by an undergraduate chapter. Participants will learn
proper guidelines for event planning, safe transportation procedures and crisis
management basics. (Presentation time is 45 minutes including 10 - 15 minutes
for questions).

Working with Your Undergraduates
This presentation is developed
to assist involved alumni/ae, parents and other volunteers who work with
undergraduate chapters in their daily operations. It will provide a
comprehensive overview of the risks associated with the activities of chapters
and the resources available that can be easily implemented to reduce the risk
associated with these activities.

Fraternity Property Management & Insurance
This program is designed to
assist Housing Corporation officers on how to conduct a due diligence review of
the current insurance policy protecting the chapter's property and ideas on
ways to save money on insurance premiums. In addition to the fundamentals of
property insurance, it will also provide insight and resources a House
Corporation can use to improve the safety of their facilities and avoid the
expense associated with property and liability claims.
