| As the end of the school year approaches, students’ minds are on final exams, pick-up basketball games, and spending time in the sun—not property management. However, the summer months can be a time that chapter houses are at risk for serious claims. Properly preparing the house for the summer break period can minimize the risk of losses. Use our Summer Break Checklist to get your facility ready for these months.

| 2008 Pennington & Co. FRMT Risk Management College |
|
| The 11th Annual Pennington & Co. FRMT Risk Managment College will be held on June 24th. The College will offer two programming tracks, the first targeting executive directors and senior staff and the second traveling consultants and primary directors. In addition to the education sessions offered on the 24th, an Alcohol Skills Training Program will be offered by Dr. Jason Kilmer on June 25th. | Mick McGill joins team as Client Service Executive |

| We are pleased to announce the arrival of Mick McGill to serve in the newly created position of Client Service Executive. Mick is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he was initiated into Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He has more than 19 years of experience in claims cost containment and claims management. His technical expertise and interpersonal skills allow him to break down complex issues and communicate them in a comprehensible manner. |
| The 2007 HRH Fellow Award recipient and runner up were announced at the sponsorship luncheon of the 77th annual FEA Conference in Orlando, Florida, on July 8. Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity was recognized with high honors for "Programming With Purpose," and Gamma Phi Beta's "Collegiate Advisor Development Program was recognized as the 2007 runner-up. |

| Bobbi Larsen joins team as Education Consultant |
|
| HRH/Kirklin & Co., LLC is pleased to announce the arrival of Bobbi Larsen to serve in the position of Education Consultant within our agency.
Bobbi is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega. She received a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University, and worked as a Greek Advisor for 8 years at Indiana as well as at Northwestern University and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She has been an active Alpha Chi Omega alumna, serving in positions as varied as Treasurer of a local House Corporation Board, a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, and as a National Vice President. We look forward to Bobbi putting these experiences to work in the area of risk management education. |
