Coverage is written with a minimum limit of $ 1,000,000 and can be structured excess of a small deductible or large self insured retention. Our policy is tailored to the unique needs of fraternal organizations providing host liquor liability. It also provides protection for hazing, sexual abuse and assault & battery except for the perpetrator of the act and anyone directing and/or acting in concert with the perpetrator.
